Dr. Nikolaos Papacharalambous specializes in the cognitive field of Business Administration, holding a doctoral degree in Corporate Social Responsibility and Organizational Behavior. Since 2021, he has been teaching in the postgraduate program "Sports Management" at the Faculty of Social Sciences of the Hellenic Open University. Additionally, he teaches in postgraduate programs of the University of Patras, including "Accounting in the Modern Management Environment" at the Department of Business Administration and "Tourism Destination & Business Management" at the Department of Tourism Management. He is also an economics teacher in secondary level of education, teaching in schools in the wider region of Western Greece. For several years, he has worked as a researcher at the University of Patras, participating in international Erasmus+ programs supporting education, training, youth, sports, social inclusion, green and digital transition, as well as promoting youth participation in democratic life. His published work includes articles in reputable scientific journals such as the Human Resource Development Quarterly and the Journal of Business & Industrial Marketing, and he has presented at international and Greek conferences. In the past, he has held various administrative positions, mainly in the private sector in Greece. In addition to his professional pursuits, he has volunteered as a coordinator for seminars for postgraduate students at the International Olympic Academy. His current research interests focus on Education, Corporate Social Responsibility, Strategic Business Development, and Sports Management.
