Tsene Chryssoula

Chryssoula Tsene is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Athens (1991). She received her PhD from the University Paris II, Panthéon –Assas, with a dissertation on comparative analysis of distribution contracts in french and greek legal system (2001). Member of Athens Bar Association. She has previously worked as legal counsel in the area of corporate law, banking law and distribution – franchise agreements and is legal counsel of legal data bank “NOMOTELIA”. She joint the University of Patras in 2004 initially as an adjunct lecturer and was elected as Assistant Professor in 2013. Her research and academic interests include the law of commercial contracts of distribution and agency, corporate law, banking law, capital market and corporate governance regulation, competition law . She has published in a number of scientific journals (e.g. Corporate and Business Law) and is author of the book “The exta-contractual liability of banks in relation to banking services” (2008).
