Theodorou Eirinaios

Born in Athens in 1982, Theodorou Eirinaios graduated with distinction in 2005 from the University of Patras' Department of Management, receiving a performance award from the State Scholarships Foundation (IKY). He is currently the Chairman of the Board and Co-founder of FK Consulting Services S.A. In 2008, he completed a professional certification program at the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Greece, and since 2016, he holds a Certified Public Accountant license. Since 2009, he has been a member of the Internal Auditors Registry of the Ministry of Finance and has served as Head of Internal Audit in major organizations (OASA, ERT, IDIKA). He is also currently Chairman of the Audit Committee of companies listed on the Athens Stock Exchange. Since 2014, he holds a Class A accountant license. In 2013, he obtained the "CRMA" certification from the International Institute of Internal Auditors. He has been a lecturer on accounting and tax topics, as well as on the processes of drafting operational regulations and evaluating internal control systems, at private educational centers. He has participated in more than 100 audit and consulting projects for both domestic and international clients, covering a wide range of industries (Technology & Telecommunications, Industry, Natural Gas, Real Estate, Shipping, Construction, Hospitality & Leisure, Healthcare Units). He has led projects in company valuations, mergers and acquisitions, as well as in the development of strategic and operational plans.
